We love to help our clients get their homes ready to sell. An easy way to begin that process is with a consult. We come to your home and walk through each room with you, discussing the steps needed to get your space ready to impress from a buyers perspective. Whether it’s cleaning, decluttering, painting, curb appeal, or repairs, we can help get you started. Our consult fee is $249 for up to 60 minutes. A written proposal is provided.

Once the consult is completed, you may decide to move forward with our staging services. Whether your home is vacant or occupied, we will transform your space to be show home worthy to win over even the pickiest buyers. If your home is vacant, we provide all the furnishings and accessories. Please note, we require two weeks from booking until stage day, you will be sent a calendar to select a date.

The hard work is done. You can sit back and relax and watch the offers come in. We know your house won’t last long when it looks this good!
